KBS Enterprises deals in professional-grade industrial, audio-visual, surveying, and office automation equipment. Due to the specialized and professional nature of these products, our return and refund policy differs from standard consumer retail policies.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
All products sold by KBS Enterprises are covered under official manufacturer warranty terms. As the authorized distributor for brands including Optoma, AVer, Trimble, Nikon, Garmin, and others, we ensure genuine products backed by manufacturer support, technical service, and warranty claims handled directly through our service centers.
Returns Policy
Due to the professional nature of our industrial, office, and AV equipment, retail-style returns (change of mind, incorrect personal preference, etc.) are not accepted once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Our technical team will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or repair under the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once a product has been shipped or installation has commenced, cancellation requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
